Instructional Leadership + Reflective Practice = High Quality Teaching

“You cannot make people learn.  You can only provide the right conditions for learning to happen” Vince Growmon

Creating those conditions is key to the success of instructional leadership. One element of the equation is effectively applying reflective practice principles that engage teachers and supports their professional learning. This training will provide participants with a foundation of reflective principles and techniques, followed by practice with a variety of frameworks and practical coaching strategies to achieve consistently high impact teaching in your program.  Tools for effectively conducting conversations with teaching staff about difficult issues will also be provided.
