Participants will:
- Understand the five essential organizational supports empirically linked to improving the performance of educational settings;
- Review definitions of the five essential supports adapted for early education settings; and
- Identify school-wide organizational practices and systems that strengthen the five essential supports and support teachers with continuously improving their practice.
