Administrator Forum Session V - Building a Statewide System to Improve Equity and Access in Early Learning

PFA/PFA-E Administrators will learn how Birth to Five Illinois has built a new statewide early childhood regional and community system that harnesses knowledge directly from families and Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) providers in an effort to dismantle barriers that have limited access to high-quality services for minoritized children in every corner of our State. The Birth to Five Illinois infrastructure will allow the State to design services from the ground up, in turn providing resources where they are needed based on actual need – this is the start of ensuring equity across Illinois.
