The transition from Early Childhood Education and Care to Kindergarten can be both an exciting and anxious time for many children and their families. During unprecedented times such as those we have been navigating this is doubly true. More than ever the role of administrators is vital to assisting children and families through this process. Participants will explore evidenced based, developmentally appropriate strategies and techniques, that meet PFA transition compliance requirements, strengthen MOUs and ensure continuity of care that support success for all students including students who are multilingual learners and students with disabilities.
