Fine Motor- It's More Than Handwriting

In this webinar we will present essential education on fine motor development for early childhood, specifically looking at the whole child. This seminar contains information for all educators, which supports pre-writing strokes, scissor skills, grasping function, and more. Topics of discussion include visual motor & visual perceptual skills, postural control & positioning, foundational gross motor skills, as well as sensory processing areas. We will review how each of these components fosters fine motor development. Easy, applicable classroom techniques and functional activities will be shared to span across the curriculum.
