Restorative Yoga for Educators

In restorative yoga, we learn how to allow ourselves to slow down, be supported, pay attention, grow present, and become comfortable with "being" rather than our usual "doing". This beginner friendly class will focus on stretching, breathing and holding postures that will soothe our overstimulated sympathetic nervous system, and find relief from the stress of our busy lives.

Please dress in comfortable clothing. If possible set up near a wall with a yoga mat or blanket, and if you have them available yoga blocks, or rolled up towels.
