Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without stopping. This ensures that the body is in constant motion. Come learn some simple movements to use with children. This practice will support children with balance, focus, agility, strength, coordination and more. During this training adults should be prepared to move wearing comfortable clothing.
